Welcome — new signing graphic template
Welcome is a new signing announcement graphic template for football and soccer clubs: a giant compressed WELCOME wordmark behind a photo card, the club header and crest above, and the player’s name, role line and former club below, on a sun-lit field in your primary colour. It exports as a 1080×1080 or 1080×1920 image, or as an animated MP4.
It is the design for the post everyone screenshots — the one the player and their family share. Add the player to your roster with a photo, type the headline, the role line and the club they have joined from, and export. Welcome is one of the New Signing designs on the Pro plan.
Best for: The announcement itself — the first post that carries the player’s name and face.

When to use Welcome
The paperwork went through at four o’clock and the club wants the announcement out at six. Add the player to the roster, upload the signing-day photo, type NEW SIGNING and a line such as Striker · 2026/27 season, and Welcome is ready — in your colours, with your crest, looking like the club meant it.
It is the announcement rather than the teaser or the follow-up. If you run a signing in stages, Welcome carries the name and the face on day one, Number Drop reveals the shirt a few days later, and Back Page suits the move where the transfer itself is the news.
What the finished graphic should include
- The player’s full name, spelled the way they spell it
- A headline that tells the story — NEW SIGNING, SIGNED, COMMITTED
- A role line: position and season, or class year for US programs
- The club they have joined from, if they are happy for you to say so
- A photo in your kit if you have one; a clean cut-out of a phone photo if not
- Your crest, so the post reads correctly when shared without the caption

The player’s name and a photo, a headline, and optionally a role line and the club they have joined from. The headline and role line are text fields, so they take whatever your level uses — Striker · 2026/27 season, Class of 2028 · Midfield, or From the U16s.
Yes. Retype the headline to COMMITTED or PROMOTED and put the class year or age group in the role line. The other-club field is optional, so an internal promotion simply leaves it empty and the design shows your crest on its own.
