Back Page is a transfer news graphic template for football and soccer clubs, styled as a newspaper back page: a paper-toned page with a masthead, a NEW SIGNING kicker, a headline stack, a script Signed stamp, the player cut out over a dot grid, and a crest-to-crest transfer line along the bottom. It exports as an image or an animated MP4.
It is print journalism for your feed, and the design to lead with when the transfer itself is the story. The transfer line reverses when a player is moving on, so the same template covers the send-off post. Back Page is one of the New Signing designs on the Pro plan.

When to use Back Page
Your new centre-half has just crossed town from the club you play on Boxing Day. Nobody needs the player introducing; what everybody wants to talk about is the move. Back Page puts the two crests on one line, from their club to yours, which is the whole story in one glance.
It works in the other direction too. When a sixteen-year-old leaves for a professional academy, grassroots clubs want to mark it properly: switch the direction to moving on, retype the headline to THANK YOU or GOOD LUCK, and the transfer line runs from your crest to theirs.
What the finished graphic should include
- A short, newspaper-style headline — NEW SIGNING, DONE DEAL, THANK YOU
- The player’s name and position
- Both crests on the transfer line, in the right direction
- The other club’s name, spelled correctly
- A clean cut-out — the paper background shows every rough edge

Yes. Each signing graphic has a move direction — arriving or moving on — and Back Page reverses its crest-to-crest transfer line for a departure. Retype the headline to FAREWELL or THANK YOU and the same design becomes the send-off post.
No, it is optional. Upload it for this one graphic and the transfer line shows crest to crest; leave the other club empty and the strip collapses to your crest alone. The upload is used only on that graphic and doesn’t change your saved opponent.
