Next Up — match day graphic template
Next Up is a broadcast-style fixture graphic template for football and soccer clubs: both crests face off across the frame with the competition, date, kickoff and venue between them, like the match card a TV channel shows before coverage starts. It exports as a 1080×1080 or 1080×1920 image, or as an animated MP4.
Because the opposition crest sits level with yours, it is the matchday design that gives a league fixture — and especially a derby or a cup tie — a sense of occasion. Add the opponent’s crest when you enter the fixture and the board builds itself in your colours. Next Up is included from the Basic plan.
Best for: League fixtures where both crests matter — derbies and cup ties especially.

When to use Next Up
Saturday is first against second and both sets of supporters will go looking for the post. Next Up puts the two crests at the same size with the competition, the kickoff and the ground between them, so the graphic gets shared by their fans as readily as yours — which is most of the reach a small club’s fixture post ever gets.
It is also the design to standardise on if you post every fixture, home and away, all season. The layout is the same each week, so the feed builds a recognisable rhythm, and the venue line answers the question volunteers get asked most: where is it, and what time?
What the finished graphic should include
- Both crests at equal size — it is a matchup, not an advert
- The competition or round in the match label
- Date and kickoff time
- The venue: the ground’s name, or simply Home or Away
- One player photo to anchor the board
Next Up, answered
Upload it once when you enter the fixture, and Next Up places it opposite yours at the same size. Most clubs’ crests can be saved from their website or league page; a PNG with a transparent background looks cleanest. If you don’t have it, the match label still names both sides.
No — it announces one fixture per graphic, which is what performs on social: a single matchup, a single time, a single ground. For a run of games, post one Next Up per fixture in the days before each match rather than a list nobody reads at thumbnail size.
No. The free plan’s matchday design is Spotlight. Next Up comes with Basic ($9/mo or $90/yr) along with every other match-moment design, watermark-free exports and the animated MP4; Pro ($15/mo) makes exports unlimited.
